Guided Tour to Marble Mountains & Hoi An Walking Tour , Night Market, Boat Ride

Tony, our guide, did an excellent job walking us through the charming, busy streets of Hoi An, both in daylight and at night, when the city is aglow with lights and lanterns. He helped make this experience of a lifetime even more special!

This tour was fabulous! Our guide was Danny, with a dedicated driver picked us up at our hotel. We first had a quick stop at a stone carving company where we walked around creations big and small. Then we walked to the entrance of the Marble Mountain. Luckily the elevator was provided and saving us climbing many steps to the first major level. Further was more walking and steps to see a larger in-cave temple, worth climbing the steps. Danny had a tablet reviewing some history, pictures and info along the walk and drive time. Always nice to understand the culture, and discussing the scooter traffic in the city areas???? The second stop was Hoi An city and Old Town at the river. We stopped at a silk company and walked through the historic houses. Danny bought candles and floats to be used during the boating session. The vendor was an older woman who has an interesting story that Danny related to us, make sure to ask him. We asked to stop for a light dinner along the river and wanted to be on the upper floor so we could get a bigger view of the river. Danny went into a few restaurants to check for a beautiful setting and found one with great food and a great view! This tour is flexible and Danny always made sure we had time to spend more or less time looking around. We were never rushed walking through the night market to browse. The highlight was the river boat ride at the old town. Again, Danny picked a better boat line where we didn’t have to wait long. The boat captain gave us a ride around the river and back, at night-time was so beautiful especially when we placed the candles in the water. So many photo-ops during the tour. Not having to drive in town or to Hoi An was so enjoyable. Danny knew where to take those special pictures. We would recommend this tour company and if you’re lucky to get Danny as your guide, you’ll have a fun and inspiring time in the Da Nang area.

The tour was absolutely amazing. Dani, the tour guide came to pick us up from the hotel on time and he took us to Marble Mountain. I was impressed by the site. All the marble sculptures inside the caves were incredible. Then we headed to Hoi An and I fell in love by the vibe and colors of this cute old town surrounded by colorful lanterns. Dani, the tour guide walked us all over the place and explained us all the history in a very clear English. He was very courteous and made sure we enjoyed the experience. Definitely recommendable.
