Casa Seganfredo Winery is a "nano" family winery, which has been producing sparkling and fine red wines since 2013, as well as Integral Grape Juice, located in a privileged and lush mountainous area of the Gramado region about 8km from the center.

    The guided tour of Casa Seganfredo is presented in the form of a chat, where we approach the production process of wine, sparkling wine and juice, including the way of the grapes inside the canteen, as well as the fermentation process, in which the grapes are transformed into wine. The champenois method, a technique for fermenting sparkling wine under French Champagne rules, stands out. We ended the visit to our cellar, addressing issues of product storage and stories of the evolution of wine. After the visit, we serve the tasting with a sequence, respecting the palate, in order to provide a gustatory experience of our wines, with pairing tips and service techniques. The tasting accompanies a portion of cheeses of 3 different types. Ask for an English and French-speaking guide when booking.

A propriedade além de linda possui uma visita guiada e degustação incrível. A melhor explicação que já recebi sobre vinhos e harmonização, os vinhos são de altíssima qualidade, vale muito a pena visitar e participar da degustação. Recomendo.

Maravilhoso! Vinicola familiar, conseguimos ver as parreiras, toda a propriedade (que conta com mais de 5000 alqueires). O Rodrigo explica super bem, de forma clara e leve sobre todas as etapas da produção de vinho. Os vinhos são deliciosos, bem suave. Valeu muito a pena!!

Para quem deseja fugir das opções mais tradicionais e lotadas de turistas, esta nano vinícola é uma excelente opção – para se ter uma noção, no dia e horário que agendamos nossa visita não havia mais ninguém, portanto tivemos um programa particular. Muito interessante conhecer de perto todo o processo de fabricação dos vinhos e ainda por cima poder degustar as opções da casa, tudo isso num ambiente agradável e muito intimista. Sem dúvidas um ótimo programa para um fim de tarde. Recomendo!
