We did the combined Alcazar + the Cathedral guided tour. Our guide Joseph tried his best to make this visit friendly with anecdotes about the sites. We recommend that the visit of the tour of the Cathedral be moved at the end, this activity is done at the beginning. The guide does not join us in the climbing of the 34 floors, this takes around 30 minutes. This time could be used to visit other sections of the Cathedral for which we would gather valuable information. Also, some people do not want to go up therefore they wait at the bottom until the everyone gathers together again. I need to mention the excellent service of Elena at your office in front of the Cathedral. She is highly dedicated, she goes out of her way to help with recommendations. It is obvious that she likes her job. After gathering information from different tour organizers we went back to your company because of her. Congratulations Elena.

Beware of this tour! We went to the designated meeting point 25 minutes before the scheduled time, to discover that the tour DOES NOT EXIST!!! the people at the desk said they could do nothing and we should contact Viator. I did, but nobody answered! The whole point of our trip to Seville was ruined! We had to stand in line (45') to get official tickets and queue to get in (1h 20') and of course see the palace without any guide and info. Also the first available slot was 4 hours later, completely throwing off all our plans! Totally irresponsible and I have still not got ANY ANSWER from Viator, nor any apology! DON'T BOOK THIS TOUR!!
