El guía que nos atendió (Samir) fue muy amable, agradable y profesional, no pudo hacerlo mejor, en todo momento nos hizo estar muy cómodos. Al contratar el tour en la web no se nos comentó que había que pagar un extra de 20 USD por irnos a recoger al hotel del aeropuerto (Le Meridian Cairo airport) y lo tuvimos que pagar al finalizar el tour. Según nos explicaron eran las tasas del aeropuerto. El paseo a camello fue muy agradable y nos hicieron muy buenas fotos. Al terminar la visita de las pirámides nos llevaron a tomar algo a una tienda donde vendían esencias y perfumes en donde estuvimos cerca de una hora con un vendedor con el que nos vimos obligados a comprar. Esto fue el punto negativo del tour ya que nos hizo sentir incómodos. Samir , nuestro guía, fue todo un profesional.

El guía de 10 (Samir): nos vino a buscar al hotel en una furgoneta casi de lujo con aire acondicionado y agua fresca, super amable en todo momento y nos lo explicó todo de forma muy didáctica. Se estropeó cuando nos cobró 20 dólares mas por recogida en hotel del aeropuerto (cuando reservé el tour no decía nada de este suplemento) y al final del tour nos dijo que iríamos a tomar algo y nos vimos en una encerrona donde prácticamente nos vimos obligados a comprar (40 dólares por un perfume) para salir de aquel sitio para evitar que se violentara la situación. Al salir de allí nos quería llevar a otro sitio a lo que nos negamos. El traslado final al hotel lo hicimos sólo con el conductor. La sensación final no fue buena.
