We have booked with this company before in other countries and found them to be excellent, this bike tour in Bilbao only confirmed this. Melan took us on a wonderful three hour journey around the city and made it an informative and enthralling experience. He painted an amazing tapestry of the history of the Basque region and it's people, especially the Bilbaons. There was a mix of ages and nationalities, he easily engaged with everyone on a personal and entertaining level. The fitness level needed isn't too high, there is a toilet stop at the football stadium and a chance to buy drinks. Plenty of photo opportunities as well. If you are worried about fitness to ride around, there is only one hill, but e-bikes are available for an extra 20 euro. A great experience.
