Can't recommend this highly enough. Our guide Q spoke flawless English, was friendly, informative. Perfect way to get a feel for the history of the French and International consessions in Shanghai, as well as some local culture (the park was fascinating) and the local dumpling speciality (try not to squirt Q with the dumpling juice). Cycling is ubiquitous in Shanghai and there are dedicated lanes everywhere, but you do need to be paying attention at times. At the end would have happily jumped on the bike and done it again.

Cycling off the beaten track, super nice and interesting. We were alone with Charlie, our adorable and caring guide. I recommend this way to discover the city, its different neighborhoods and architectural styles. We only tasted delicious dishes (when I am rather difficult ). Thank you Charlie, thank you for your smile, thank you for your welcome and your explanations. Looking forward to seeing you again!
