Visit the fishing town of Gouyave and the spice processing station, where you will see why our island is called the "Isle of Spice" then continue to the chocolate factory and learn how chocolate is made. This was a great tour and the perfect way to see the beautiful island of Grenada! We were traveling as a group of 6 including two young kids and this tour worked out really well for us!
Roley was our driver for the day and he was excellent! He took us to see the Mona monkeys first and the kids loved this!! The monkeys were jumping over and eating the bananas. We also fed the fish in the crater lake which was a highlight! We then went to a plantation where we saw a lot of the local spices, trees, fruits and plants. We then got to tour the cocoa factory and see how that process works. Lastly we went to the concord waterfall which was pretty chilly this time but not unbearable! We had some cloud cover so that made it a bit more Chilly!
One of the Cons was that there was no lunch or lunch stop so I would suggest packing something for a snack along the way as the 9-3 is a long time to go without food!
