Fab introduction to Goa. Smooth Meet & Greet at port, great driver & guide. Would have been difficult to achieve such a varied schedule independently. An enjoyable lunch at the Plantation & a very informative guide, learnt lots about nut & spice growing. A little more commentary would have been welcomed. Remember knees & shoulders need to be covered in temples, so go prepared.

We enjoyed the day with Diaz - he was very good and informative. We specially enjoyed the spice tour and lunch plus the visit to the Portugal influenced town. Very pretty. We could have done without 3 visits to temples. One or two would have been enough. I would have liked a visit to the wonderful beach we passed on the way back to the ship.

Excellent guide, Diaz for short, great knowledge, loves his country which shows in his commentary. The countryside was so green and the spice plantation was brilliant. Lunch was great. The only thing which we would have liked was a stop at the beach.
