This walking tour of Hong Kong involves lite hiking and getting around by public transportation as you visit the attractions. Ride the tramway to the Peak and make a downslope hiking from Pokfulam Reservoir to an ancient village at Pok Fu Lam to seek out the origins of Hong Kong (translated as Fragrant Harbor). The route covers all must-do must-see lists and off-the-beaten-path attractions.  Guests will be taken to taste the signature food of the area and informed of the hidden stories there.

Tour guide has plenty of knowledge about Hong Kong and passion of telling the history of Hong Kong. The tram ride to the Peak was great. However it was raining that morning and we couldn't get to walk on top of the mountain to view the city from the Peak. Walking through the village of Pok Fu Lam was quite different from the rest of the modern city of Hong Kong. If you like to know the history of Hong Kong, this is a tour that you want to go.
