St-Paul-de-Vence, St-Paul-de-Vence, France Visit the second-most visited village in France. This medieval "cité" is world-famous amongst artists. Discover the passageways frequented by the likes of Picasso, Renoir, Folon and (most famously) Chagall. Find traces of these artists in the many art galleries of the village, or enjoy the sights as you stroll along the ramparts built to protect the residents of old. 60 minutes
Vignoble Rasse, Saint Jeannet, France At the feet of the rock that dominates the medieval village of St-Jeannet, discover a vineyard using a rather unusual - but wholly traditional - wine fermentation process: ageing wine in the sun. Learn about the fermentation process and about the history of rosé - the wines that originally came from this part of Provence - as you enjoy tasting the wines offered by your host.

We did two four-hour tours on a single day, with a two-hour break at our hotel in between. First tour was a Nice city tour and the second was a wine tasting at a small family-owned vineyard/winery outside of Nice followed by a self-guided walking tour of the medieval village of St Paul de Vance. Both tours were thoroughly enjoyable and enlightening with English-speaking French guide Antoine, a local resident, describing the history and culture of Nice and all that we were seeing. Very comfortable in a Mercedes van. We ended the day with an enhanced appreciation of Nice and the French Rivera region, some great photos from scenic overlooks and many good memories. We are so glad that we took these tours during our time in Nice and have nothing but great things to say about our guide Antoine.

Justin did a great job sharing facts & info. We enjoyed the unusual winery and Saint Paul de Vence is a must see from Nice. Well worth the cost of trip.
