Phong was very informative and friendly. Halong bay itself is fantastic although very crowded I wish they would put a cap on visitors per day. Would definitely recommend this day tour as opposed to an overnight stay.

Went on the Halong bay cruise from Hanoi. I took the Hercules day cruise which was really amazing. The Stella Maris ship was very nice and the lunch served very yummy. Overall it was a great day.

Totally overcrowded day trip, which makes the tour not recommended at all. Too bad, but you can save the money. In the cave you were only pushed through and the beach resembled a sardine can.
