Absolutely lived our tour with Bob. He catered it to our families needs and we never felt rushed. He did an amazing job of not only go loving the historical and prominent buildings in Hamburg but really helped to paint the picture of the cities feel, historically and present! Bobs tour was certainly one of our highlights and I would recommend him to anyone interested in touring while there!

Ich hatte die Tour bei Axel Jacobsen & war sehr zufrieden - fundiertes Hintergrundwissen und gewitzter Erzählstil :) Der ein oder andere Lacher ist bei diesem Guide gesichert! Auch auf Rückfragen war er stets vorbereitet & spätestens beim Hinleiten zum Phönix am Rathausturm durch Eine Harry Potter Referenz war ich absolut überzeugt von ihm. Er fragte regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden, ob er zu schnell oder zu langsam ging, zu leise oder zu laut sprach oder ob jemand auf‘s Klo müsste oder nicht - alles in allem fühlte man sich einfach gut aufgehoben bei ihm. Auch nach der Führung selbst war er noch für alle Fragen offen und generell, auch im Bezug auf Unsicherheiten bzgl des Heimwegs in der unbekannten Stadt stets hilfsbereit. Zu beachten ist jedoch, dass es sich um einen sehr langen Weg handelt - dementsprechendes Schuhwerk ist unverzichtbar! Auch eine Flasche Wasser im Rucksack ist sicher nicht fehl am Platz :) Die Tour ist also sehr zu empfehlen - viel Spaß!
