Despite the advertisements, no English was available. As the tour began, we asked for headsets and were told it was only German. We asked again and this time they said to listen to our phones. After a third request, they provided instructions and this worked okay. The guy wasn't outright rude, but it was close Boat ride itself was fine but we felt like the victims of misleading advertising.
