All very good. I was greeted with an easily-spotted Mr Orange sign. Despite the assurance on TripAdvisor when I booked the driver didn’t speak English. However he had a few messages in English on his phone to confirm my address in Shanghai & the length of the journey. Very reassuring. Driver was friendly & polite & got me straight to my Shanghai address. I’d definitely recommend this service & use it again.
