If you need us to pick you up from Pudong airport in ShangHai, the passenger transportation cost (RMB 1500) will be added, and at least one day in advance tell us your flight number and arrival date, thanks for your wise understanding !

Jack made our stay in Hangzou so great! He organised tickets for the show, was very flexible ( we changed the program on the day- all was no problem at all) and we liked his stories about Hangzhou. A very nice guy, we highly recommend him!

My 80-year old father and I booked a half-day private tour with Jack. He was very helpful and responsive before we met and arrived early to pick us up. His minivan was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with snacks and drinks. Jack is a professional, energetic, and knowledgeable guide with perfect English delivered in a theatrical style. He entertained us with many facts and legends of the sights (West Lake and Longjiang Tea Village). We were happy to be driven safely around Hangzhou by Jack and would recommend his services to anyone. Thank you!
