We opted for Jeep Tours because we wanted to see the Real Hanoi and experience some of the wonderful sights, the Train street was our highlight and a magnificent sight to see indeed, out tour guide Riley was awesome and very informative, our driver was also excellent, I experienced my first coconut coffee and egg nog coffee as well and the whole experience was fuss free and not stressful as we were picked up and dropped off to our Hotel, a must for any traveller to Hanoi. I cannot CANNOT recommend this tour enough. It was incredibly fun and full. Low maintenance tourist wise. I was in Hanoi and needed a tour I could easily do on my own as a western tourist who was afraid to cross the busy Hanoi streets. I only had to face this fear 5-6 times, expertly guided by Annie. Safe, calm school of fish. Meet up cafe was peaceful, beautifully decorated, and welcoming to early arrivals. Annie my guide was incredibly warm, affable, and clearly guided us through the city. I didn't remember my driver's name, but he was lovely. Jeep was safe and the open air experience really let you get a sense of the old quarter. Riding safely under the canopy surrounded by beautiful architecture...fresh hanoi beer, full belly, belly laughs. Great pictures and lots of flexibility based on interest!
