Pickup is available from hotels in Hanoi's Old Quarter area between 8:00 to 8:20 am. The shuttle bus will pick you up directly from your hotel in Old Quarter or from the activity provider's office at 85 Ma May Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
