The driver never picked me up so I missed the entire trip. Only hoping now to get my money back. I had just a few days to take the cruise to Ha Long bay and now my opportunity has passed. Extremely disappointed

Outstanding service from Kathy for our Halong Bay trip. We booked through Viator, who then passed to Indochina Beauty for our 2 day 1 night to Halong Bay. We were placed on the amazing V Spirit Premier and would thoroughly recommend. There are so many companies to choose from it becomes a bit overwhelming, but I would stop looking, and just book this one. From contact in advance, to pick up, the planning and organising, the itinerary to the actual boat itself it was perfect and great value for money. Kathy was professional and faultless, thank you for making our visit so very special! Amazing!
