Waited over an hour each time we wanted to get on .. definitely did not come every hour No headphones available until half way round. Last straw was after waiting for 1hr5mins for bus we got one stop and were advised next bus leaves in 1 hr During the day we saw plenty of Hanoi Hopon buses in fact 2 past us each time whilst waiting for this company. Definitely choose the other bus company

Don’t waste your time! Bus stops nowhere near the interest point. Audio sync is mismatched to the route. Better off doing the route in a Grab taxi.

Disappointed is an understatement. Bus did not stop once. Never given the opportunity to stop and get off at any of the stops. Didn’t even slow down. Don’t waste your money.
