We (2 of us) had wonderful experiences at this spa while in Hanoi. Our hotel's spa was closed, so they suggested we go to the Pure Bliss Spa. We both had a 90-minute massage that incorporated various techniques, including some traditional Thai and Vietnamese massage techniques, to include stretching, which was wonderful and really got into some of my core tightness and relieved a lot of pain! We were very relaxed and happy afterwards. The receptionist was very sweet and offered us some tea while we looked at the treatment menu. Once decided, we were taken to the 3rd floor to a treatment room with 4 beds in it, so it was semi-communal. First it was just me and my friend in there, and after about 30 minutes another lady arrived, so they pulled a curtain between us so she was semi-private. I suppose if you want a private room, you need to ask. I had several massages with my travel friend in Vietnam, and that seems to be the norm to put you together every time. So communication is key. After that first massage, we left Hanoi for a round-about tour of some Northern cities, and returned to Hanoi about a week later, and went back to the same spa because we were so pleased with the previous experience, and the price was good too. I had Anna for my therapist, both times it turned out, and she was fantastic. I prefer strong pressure, and she delivered. But if you want lesser pressure, just let them know and the therapists will adjust. They do a good initial intake prior to the treatment so that your needs will be addressed. I highly recommend Pure Bliss Spa while in Hanoi.

we arrive at the place and they tell us that they are not registered on this internet site. well the case that they should speak with the contact that they put because apparently the owners of the spa are not aware that they are on their page. The truth was that it was very uncomfortable to arrive and that they say no to us, no deposit arrived and I don't know what package you are talking about. I have asked for my refund because we did not take the massage.
