I booked a package 5days trip Hanoi, Ha Long bay and Ninh Binh via online. We were a bit nervous at first because we booked online and everything was confirmed by email only and made a deposit 30% of total amount. Everything went from the first day to hanoi to the end very well. When we arrived in Hanoi with greeted from the airport, then reached hotel, the staff of company was already waiting hotel lobby to explain about schedule for next days and bring a feeling of mind. Thank you William Phuc, he alway keep in touch with us and organizing tours for us so wonderful.
