The 5-day loop trip was perfect. Jack from Conical Travel was very helpful to arrange us everything and even upgrade our accommodations to 5 star as we requested. Driver and guide were excellent and caring. They always enjoyed meals with us like family members and told us lovely jokes. We really appreciated

Windy from Conical Travel is the best! She helped 4 of us with our holiday to visit Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. Windy made everything much easier for us to prepare for our first trip to Vietnam thanks to her thoughtfulness, knowledge and responsibility. The landscape in Ninh bin and Halong Bay was so amazing and we were lucky to have Jack - our super guide to help us throughout the tour. Thank all of you again and we will definitely come back!

We booked a 5 day trip to Hanoi, Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay on cruise tour with Conical Travel after reading great reviews about them. It was our first time to Vietnam and Conical Travel made us love at first sight with this beautiful country. Everything was perfect from hotels, transfer, mr Minh our guide, cruise. We love the food and the scenery very much as well. Really be grateful for welcoming us and we will come back to Vietnam again with Conical Travel.
