Have a taste of each coffee and see the difference between them. Second, you are going to make the most popular coffee in Hanoi, called Egg Coffee with a unique recipe from Hanoi Coffee Station. It represents the Hanoi Coffee Culture (Northern Coffee Culture). Third, the representation of central coffee culture is Salt Coffee, you will be making it by yourself, instructed by our barista. Fourth, you are going to make trendy coffee. It represents for third wave coffee in Vietnam. Call Cold Brew Coffee with a twist of the mix. The bonus of the class. You will have a chance to taste our unique peanut butter, Coffee.

ガイドさんと旧市街を周り食堂や路上店でベトナム料理を食べるツアーです。 ６品と聞いて食べられるか心配でしたが、ほんのおやつもふくまれているので大丈夫です。嫌いなものはパスできます。イタリア人のカップルと一緒に４人でした。 ①ブンチャー、②チェー各種or豆腐花、③バインミー（チキンorポークor豆腐）、④揚げドーナツ（あんこor肉）、⑤揚春巻き、⑥エッグコーヒーorエッグココア 寒いし雨ふってるし、バイクがびゅんびゅん走っていて、ガイドさんにはぐれないようについていくのがやっとでしたが、途中から雨があがったので、楽しくなりました。ガイドさんがお店に連れてってくれて、お金を払って買ってくれる形式です。ガイドさんと会話しながらお店を巡るので、現地の友達に案内してもらってるみないなツアーです。英語がわかる方が楽しいです。どのお店も白人旅行者でいっぱいの人気店で、美味しかったんですが、路上で春巻きを巻いて、揚げて、売ってるおばちゃんの小さい春巻きを立って食べたのが特に気に入りました。午後ついてそのまま、５時のツアーに参加しましたが、ごちゃごちゃした夜の旧市街やナイトマーケットを回れてよかったです。ホテルに迎えに来てくれて、ナイトマーケットで別れました。ハノイにいらしたらぜひ。

Tom was a great guide. Just landed in Hanoi & was immediately immersed in the local lifestyle, in out of the way places. Got to try a variety of dishes & there’s LOTS of food! Great mix of sightseeing too, with insights into some of the main attractions. Tom made it really enjoyable too with lots of jokes, relaxed vibe & great driving! :)
