This is a unique culinary tour of a 1000 year old city, and a culture that is much older than that. You will experience the full spectrum of traditional Northern Vietnamese cuisine, as well as an explanation of the dish's importance, all told by a wonderful local host. You will learn traditional way of eating each dish, including a chopstick lesson and how to roll your own rice paper roll.

Ella was amazing! Very sweet and kind. we said we we’re vegetarian and everything was delicious!! She always explained about the food and we talked all the time. Highly recommand!!! 10/10!
