    “Tour from 5.30- 8.00, 8.30- 10.30, 14.30- 16.30, 17.30- 19.30, 20.00- 22.00″ Tour guide will pick you up from your hotel located in the Old Quarter. From there, you will embark on a leisurely an hour walk through the hidden alleyways of the Old Quarter, passing by traditional shops and markets along the way. Next, we will take you to Dong Xuan Market or outdoor market, one of the largest and busiest markets in Hanoi. Here, you will immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere and observe the locals as they go about their daily business. As you leave the market, get ready to witness an extraordinary sight – trains passing just inches away from the many tiny houses. Following that, we will guide you to a cozy café located on the Train Street. Here, you can relax and sip on a cup of the iconic egg coffee or other beverages while marveling at the passing trains. Guide will bid you farewell, and will assist you in arranging a taxi or provide directions for your return to the hotel.

I booked a custom 6am walking tour for our group of six. Our guide, Mr. Tu, met us, on time, in front of the Puppet Theater. We wanted to see some of the early morning activities especially people dancing and exercising around Hoan Kiem lake. We were not disappointed. Tu also took us into the side streets to see vendors setting up their restaurants for the day and into a very small shop for a delicious soup and afterwards to an upstairs shop for utterly delicious egg coffee. We most appreciated his willingness to accommodate our last-minute request to walk over the Long Bien bridge. He flagged two taxis and then made the long walk over the Red River with us. On the other side he got two taxis to take us back to our hotel. Since few of the taxi drivers seemed to speak English, we really appreciated his help. He was warm and informative- we really enjoyed our time with him.

Our guide, Patrick, was excellent - we visited 8 different stalls/outlets during our evening tour - the food was amazing everything from Dried Pho, summer Rolls, egg coffee and icecream. There were 6 of us - 3 were vegetarians .. Patrick made sure that their needs were met.

Anh was amazing! Ours was a group of 14 and he was patient and very accommodating with us.. he was very informative about Hanoi and Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. The walk and the tour was amazing. Anh became a friend by the end of the trip! I would highly recommend him to any of you going to Vietnam!
