Most of the best spots are now blocked by the police and no longer allowed for tourist, so its fun to meet with a local and let them guide you and take you to where the trains go by! Its a fun experience to sit at a tiny cafe by the railroads, have a drink and wait for that train that will go by a couple feet away from your face
