Highlights of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos Tour - 17 Days

Alisa Liu, our Asia Highlight contact person, deserves special mention. Her professionalism, level of efficiency, and courtesy never faltered. And her patience! She was a constant and consistent anchor of support not only during the planning stages but throughout the trip as well. The hotels where we were booked exceeded our expectations. Our guides and drivers were all excellent and looked after us exceedingly well. That being said one of the five guides assigned to us would benefit from additional English language training. Among our favorite activities were the following: Hanoi lacquer shopping, Temple of Literature and water puppets; Ha Long Bay overnight cruise; Hue Citadel; Hoi San operetta, shopping, and Red Bridge cooking class; Ho Ch Minh City Mekong River and Cu Chi tunnels; Siem Reap Angkor Wat; Laos Hmong Village and Kuang Si falls. The price tag for this amazing tour was spot on.

We took a private 13 day tour. It met our expectations completely. Our guides, especially Vannak in Cambodia, but also in Laos and in Vietnam were knowledgeable and helpful. We asked for short detours to visit war museums and memorials, which were all accommodated. Our accommodation was good and the food excellent. The trip was set up for us by Joan at the Odynovo office Australia, who was extremely helpful. We would recommend Odynovo highly and would travel with them again.

Wonderful, well organized tour in all three countries. Hotels were first class; provided meals were tasty and filling; tour guides were knowledgeable of their areas and transportation was top notch. As this was my first ever visit to each of the locations on this tour, I was pleased with what I saw and what I learned. The overall tour coordinator, Jenny, was always on top of things. There were a couple of minor speed bumps along the way but she was quick to iron them out so the tour progressed smoothly.
