    Mua cave is not terribly impressive, but there are panoramic views from the peak above. A stone staircase beside the cave entrance zigzags through the karst (beware the goat droppings) and it’s almost 500 steps to a simple altar to Quan Am (the Goddess of Mercy).

The shared worship centre for Buddhism, Christianity, Taoism, Confucianism and Islam, Cao Dai is the third largest religion in Vietnam. It’s temple is very ornate, unfortunately we weren’t able to attend when a service was being held so we can’t comment on its format or content.

Nous avons découvert avec Rubicon tours les sublimes paysages de la Baie d'Halong Terrestre à côté de Ninh Binh. Notre guide Andy était fort sympathique et prenait le temps de nous expliquer l'histoire liée aux différents sites. Le tour est très bien organisé et le repas de midi copieux (nous avions pris la formule tout compris), servi dans un restaurant tenu par un patron français. Rubicon tours est une compagnie sérieuse à recommander Cam on !
