Pick-up was within the time frame given to me ahead of time and the lunch buffet was very good and had enough variety. I also like the bus driver; he was friendly (he kept giving me yummy treats) despite not being able to communicate in English. As for the tour guide (“Tommy”), he was great at giving us instructions, tried his best in giving us as much information as possible, and was friendly and funny. (I supposed I’m a little partial with Tommy since I had him as a tour guide for two consecutive days. And we had excellent rapport.) Overall, a highly recommended tour!

Đây là lần trải nghiệm đầu tiên đi tour của mình. Để mà nói thì quá là tuyệt vời, chị Thu (sn95) hướng dẫn viên rất nhiệt tình, luôn tươi cười niềm nở, quan tâm đến đoàn nhà mình và giải đáp mọi thắc mắc. Mặc dù hôm đó, lịch trình bị chậm hơn so với thời gian dự kiến nhưng tài xế và hướng dẫn vẫn vui vẻ không cằn nhằn. Dịch vụ xe chất lượng, êm, mượt. Đồ ăn trưa ngon miệng phù hợp với cả khách nước ngoài và việt, chỗ ngồi sạch sẽ, không gian thoáng đãng. Nếu có dịp mình sẽ quay lại đặt tour.
