We had a great experience with this airport transfer service. The pickup was just as scheduled, in fact a little bit early, and the driver was professional and safe for the whole trip, while still getting us there in a timely fashion. I would certainly recommend this service!

The driver was 5 minutes early and drove me to airport in good time. Ride was smooth and slightly under 1 hour.

Do not use this service. The driver showed up 20 minutes late and we were booked to go from hotel to airport. He should have accounted for traffic and arrived on time. The booking time we selected accounting for traffic on our end of scheduling. This put us in a tight spot. Then the driver was so timid (driving in Vietnam, couldn’t really handle the traffic at all) that he didn’t even try to make up the time he lost for us. Would not recommend. Better to use Hanoi Transfer Service. We used them on arrival from airport to hotel. Would have used again but they didn’t have an available timing that we needed in the day fir return to airport.
