Beautiful and unforgettable moments. Great and very friendly staff and ship crew! Special thank you to Ken, who gave us an excellent and outstanding service and taking care of every needs. I did my fiancee‘s birthday party and it was well organised from excellent customer service to the taking careness of the ship crew. We got the executive suite on the boat. What a great view to see Halong bay! Decoration was far more than I have excepted and well done guys! Thank you to all of you guys again! I would like also give a special thank you to Hannah Pham and the Cruise Manger himself on the Orchid2 Boat as well! Very nice stay, Cat Ba trip was excited! Ship was clean and superb services from all staff. We got great moments! The Orchid Classic deserved it five star, what a great experience!

We went for classic level and were very happy with our choice. Cabin is very spacious and well appointed with good size private balcony. Nice sized boat and we were not disappointed we had not chosen the premium boat. Very good food. Drinks are expensive but you would expect that. Highlight was cruise manager who just did not stop for 24 hours making sure everything was great. We would have enjoyed a second day to hike on an island. Lower deck cabin is noisy however

Très bel accueil dans ce merveilleux bâtiment (jonque) organisation parfaite , nourriture excellente ,le personnel gentil est aux petits soins ,les chambres sont belles mais l'organisation des visites ne permet hélas pas d'en profiter,sorties trop longues( ex:8h à 17h). Un grand remerciement à Hardy un jeune serveur gentil , serviable et attachant.
