Our Agent, Ms. Selena Ha Nguyen was extremely helpful in tailoring a tour that met our Family's needs. Additionally, after having left the booking office, we received a call from her informing us we had left our credit card in the office. She brought the card to our hotel and personally delivered it. Wonderful honesty, reliability, and customer service. Ms Nguyen should be commended for such honesty!
