We booked all our tranfers in Vietnam with Hanoi Transfer Service and we were extremely satisfied with them. If you want a reliable company, no need to search further. Great thanks to Lily Ngoc for organizing our trip from start to finish. Lily was always reachable through whatsapp and mail and she did a great work even solving last minute trips.

Wir (Gruppe) hatten vorab mehrere Trips beim HTS fest gebucht und bei der Buchung genaue Details zu den Abholungen (Flughäfen und Hotels, diese alle mit Kontaktadresse und Telefonnummer) angegeben. Die Abholung war immer pünktlich, die Autos sauber, die Fahrer fuhren vorsichtig und waren hilfsbereit. Bei einem Fahrzeug trat ein (Kupplungs-?)Schaden auf, als wir bei Hanoi unterwegs waren. Man organisierte binnen 10 Minuten ein Ersatzfahrzeug. Das wurde toll gemanagt. Nicht so toll fanden wir, daß uns einen halben Tag vor einer Abholung mitgeteilt wurde, man habe sich für diese Teilstrecke im Preis verrechnet und müsse uns nun 90 USD statt der vereinbarten 18 USD berechnen. Und das 2 Mal: Für die Hin- und Rückreise. Nach kurzer Suche fand ich dann eine andere Firma, die uns für 70 USD je Strecke beförderte. Mein subjektiver Eindruck: Man hat uns erstmal einen günstigen Gesamtpreis genannt um den Auftrag zu bekommen und dann mit einer saftigen Nachforderung überrascht....
