I highly apre driver who assistance our group 4 aduls transfer from Hanoi to Halong bay (stayed at Royal Lotus ressort). His name is Nam. He was helpful and good man. ONE More, the service is the best in VN, reasonable price if campared we reservation via hotel. recomend transportation service in the north VN

I booked a private car for my family (total 4 adults) from Hanoi to Halong bay only 1 way then make reservation from Halong to Noibai airport. The car 7seat Toyota were very comfortable, on time and reasonable prices. I was requested via email to AZ company but better for me when I was contacting them via whatsapp for immediately support. Thanks so much driver who help us to drive from Hanoi old quater and he must to wait us 30 minutesat the hotel's lobby but driver are good man. Would strong recommend transportation in Vietnam and see you in the near future
