Sapa 3 days 2 nights ( 01 night in hotel, 01 night in homestay)

The tour was extremely enjoyable and the landscape was breathtaking. Our guide Mung was so amazing and helpful making sure we were cared for. The hike was a little tricky as it rained the previous night and the ground was muddy and slippery. if you have hiking boots it would be worthwhile bringing it along. Either way we received a lot of help from the tribal ladies (and then of course had to help them back by purchasing one of their items). It didn’t bother me at all. The only thing I didn’t like was homestay place that was included in the package. We managed to book a private room across the road at the Ginn Bar. That was amazing and the manager was super nice to us. Highly recommend this tour.

The tour guides were really great! The Hotel and Homestay were both very accommodating! The homestay rooms were very clean and located right on the river! What topped it off to be an amazing experience was the tour operator went out of his way to make sure we made our flight that evening. He booked us an earlier bus and it was very comfortable. The bus driver even dropped us off at the airport!!!

Our tour guide Zai was awesome, incredibly resourceful with finding things to make our tour easier (warm cloths, medication etc) and physically helping during difficult parts of the hike. The scenery we saw was stunning but overall I think the price does not reflect what you experience. While the hikes are 6km-12km-10km, a large portion of the walk is leaving the hotel, walking through town to begin the walk. The hotel, while nice, doesn’t seem to meet the value experienced in other larger cities in Vietnam. We stayed during late December and found the heating to be inadequate for both water and the air con. The staff were lovely though.
