Bus was late by 2 hours, there was no water provided and no Wi-Fi as advertised; toilet had no paper and half way through the trip the driver decided to put a woman and her two crying kids next to us so not only did we get no sleep we were also massively cramped - at least 50% of the fee should be refunded - not happy at all.

We chose Ninh Binh for our travel trip, staying at a homestay right next to Tam Coc wharf, after a 3-day holiday we decided to choose Hue as the next tourist destination, there are many ticket offices around. Tam Coc area, I chose Ninh Binh Travel Office to book sleeper bus tickets, it's easy to book, just contact via whatsApp or book directly via online channel very easy, they organize pick up right at the center Tam Coc center, right next to the hotel we stayed at, the operator helped us communicate and pick up the car very easily, good service, highly appreciated
