    At 11.30/18.00, our guide will pick you up from your stay (inside the Old Quarter) or the meeting. We will spend about 10 minutes briefing about the tour before we start. If you have any special request for the food please inform our guide at the beginning.

    During this 3-hours tour we gonna discover Hanoi's culture and history in very unique way: street food on the sidewalk. Get ready for tiny plastic chairs and another chair as "your table" on a sidewalk while flow of motorbike keep running around; come to supper narrow hidden alley to see how local people living; learn how to cross the street like a local people e.g. Moreover we offer an opportunity to try out up to 10 different dishes at local food stand, family restaurants to taste every gems of Hanoian cuisine: rice noodle soup with beef, rice noodle with chicken, rice noodle with grilled pork, snail, or dry noodle, sticky rice, along with various kinds of donut, steamed pancake or Vietnamese sandwiches.

This is a most worthy activity. Bao, our guide, had excellent English and introduced us to a variety of local dishes we would have never tried otherwise. And they were all delicious!

This was a really memorable time for me in Hanoi. Our guide Chuong (I might have misheard the name), was a really friendly guide, I felt like I was chatting to a friend and felt really relaxed. He took us on the most amazing food crawl of the old quarter of Hanoi. I was so full, we ate so much for such a small tour fee and enjoyed street food, small restaurants, desert bars and coffee shops, we even stopped for a beer. Chuong even indulged questions about Vietnam's history, pulling out a map and all. I really recommend this when you're in town, just plan a power nap after for the food coma haha.
