    Made a human error and booked this trip thinking it s was leaving from Hoi An where we were staying. Found it was leaving from Hanoi, apologised to the company and told them made a genuine error in advance of trip and within a couple of days of booking. Rec’d a reply to say it was ok to cancel but they would still be charging 100%

    You pay a little more than most tours but it is worth it. I am a big guy (6'3" 225) and I knew I could not be on a cramp bus for a 4 hour drive round trip. The luxury van held 6 of us comfortable with plenty of space. You get more time on the water by paying more too, they drop you off at a port closer to the highway. Our tour guide Mr. Lee was fantastic. Good sense of humor and filled with knowledge of the area, he clearly loves his job and his service reflects this. Lunch was very tasty with plenty of options to eat, trust me, you will not go hungry. I recommend eating a small breakfast before the trip. Plenty of activities to do if you want to move around, Mr. Lee will join you in kayaking or swimming. if you want to relax you can sit and sun bath and take in the scenery. The views are breathtaking, it is easy to see how this is one of the 7 natural wonders of the world.
