    KKDAYに6か月も前から申し込んでいたハロン湾五つ星クルーズ1泊2日ツアーが何故か出発日20日前になって船が満席で乗れないと伝えられ、困惑していた所、SST TravelのQuyenさんからwhatsappで連絡を頂いた。別の船会社を紹介してもらい、手配から終了までの全ての行程に親切かつ即座に連絡をくれ、このツアー会社とQuyenさんの誠意と外人観光客に対して不安を与えない優しい気持ちが感じられて、ますますベトナムが好きになった。そして今後、ベトナムに行く時はダイレクトにSST Travelでのツアーを選びたい。

    まずは私達を担当してくれたDolphinさんに感謝をしたいです。 予約をした直後からWhatsApp できめ細やかな対応をしてくれました。 当初予約していたクルーズ船が満室になってしまい、彼女が別の船を手配してくれたのですが、不安な気持ちになっている私に丁寧に対応をしてくださり、結果とても素晴らしい体験ができました！ クルーズ船のスタッフのホスピタリティも、食事も、ハロン湾での美しい景色や体験も全て貴重な記憶です。 ありがとうございました。
