My wife and I had a great time learning how to cook Vietnamese food. Mango picked us up and brought us and one other couple to the restaurant where we started our lesson. We started our stock for our pho and then left to the market to pickup ingredients. The market is very interesting to say the least for westerners. After gathering the ingredients we returned and finished our meal. We made a beef pho, fried spring rolls, banana flower salad and grilled meats. Everything was delicious. We really enjoyed the experience and recommend it for anyone looking for something interesting to try.

We had an incredible experience with the cooking class that started with a visit to the local market. They gave us a insight into the ingredients sold there, explaining their significance in Vietnamese cuisine. Afterward, we headed to the restaurant where we learned to prepare several traditional Vietnamese dishes. The chef spoke excellent English, making the entire process clear and enjoyable. It was educational and fun, and I would highly recommend this experience!
