This was a fun, informative afternoon, and something different. Chef Hung is passionate about the food he cooks, and gives clear instructions how to prepare the 4 dishes we made. The market visit was amazing, and Hung explained about the many different foods as we walked around. Back at the restaurant, the kitchen was well-organised and after we'd cooked our food, we enjoyed eating our tasty meal sitting in the gorgeous Blue Butterfly restaurant; a lovely end to our afternoon.
