We toured the market, which was fascinating. Then back to cook. We made spring rolls, salad and noodle soup. All delicious. Highly professional delivery.

Our best experience in Hanoi so far. I did this class with my two young teenagers, and we all loved it. The trip to the markets was fascinating, with Hung explaining things along the way. We learnt a lot during our cooking class, and with Hung's expert guidance, we produced our favourite meal of our trip so far! Highly reccomend.

The cooking class was a fun, hands-on experience. Chef was an excellent teacher who demonstrated patience and humor. All recipes were provided at the end of the session. At the end of class, we consumed four dishes that we had helped prepare. We have a new appreciation for how many spices and flavorings go into the preparation of each dish.
