Ollie was an exceptional driver / guide! He was so personable and customized the experience for our family. Outstanding! The customer service was over the top and much appreciated. I would 100% recommend Ollie to another family who is looking for an insightful guide who will take the time to connect with each family member to make it a memorial experience for everyone.

Geoff was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also included other fun facts besides Harry Potter. We enjoyed riding around town and the stops for good photo opportunities.

Our driver was Dave and he was absolutely amazing, we only had one day in London and he truly made the most of our time! Not only was he very funny, but he was extremely friendly and even gave me a free pin to add to my collection. An amazing memory that I would definitely recommend.
