  • Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
  • Service animals allowed
  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries
  • Not recommended for pregnant travelers
  • Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • All passenger weights MUST be input at time of booking. Maximum weight is 275 lbs. No exceptions. No refunds will be given if over the weight limits.
  • Check is 15 minutes before the start of the tour time. If you are late no refunds will be issued.
  • All guest must wear close toed shoes
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Guides were great. However the course is not ages 6+. We’ve been to other courses and kids have finished them and couldn’t get through a quarter of the course. And there is a time limit so you can barely do it if your group has slower people. I recommend this if you have older kids. AND wear long sleeves and bug spray. Each of us got 30-50 mosquito bites here. We didn’t get any other bites on our entire Hawaii trip for over a week.

Great times had as a family! Ourkids are 9 & 6 and both completed the challenges and enjoyed themselves - asked if we could go back that afternoon lol. Celeste was our "guide" and watched over us, was super friendly and fun! Highly recommend!

Loved it all! The Aerial Challenge Course was my biggest highlight. The people were great. ATV trials were great too.
