Pickup at hotel was on time, organized, driver supplied the ticket entrance to board boat to Arizona memorial, the city tour was very average. Tour over in early afternoon so you can go to beach and hang out.

I was overwhelmed at the whole experience. I appreciated the knowledge our driver shared with us. Jorge even told us a story about a father/daughter on the USS Utah seeing we were from Utah. It was a wonderful experience.

Did not appreciate that I purchased tour and the night prior received a message that I would have to go standby to get on the Arizona memorial. Waited over an hour in the standby line and was lucky enough to get tickets from a passerby. I had just enough time to watch w quick movie and get back to the bus by 2pm. However, sat on the bus for 45 minutes waiting for others after being told when we arrived that they would be left behind if not on time. Had we known we would have stayed longer in the park. I would not recommend this tour as you have to get your own tickets anyway.
