    This tour is an awesome way to experience the Big Island's diverse scenery while expanding your knowledge of Hawaii in a small-group setting. After pickup from your hotel, embark on your journey to the lush rainforests that populate the east side of the island. Cruise along Highway 19 and pass though the town of Waimea, From Waimea, travel along the eastern flank of Mauna Kea volcano, commonly known as the famous Hamakua Coast. Stop at Laupahoehoe for a visual example of the Pacific Ocean's powerful ability to carve rugged pinnacles. Continue along jungle roads to Akaka Falls. After lunch, head toward Hilo along some of the island's most scenic backroads wind along through lush jungle gorges and past epic ocean vistas. Cap your tour with a visit to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and Kilauea volcano. Gaze into Kilauea's vast summit caldera. Travel the east rift zone of Kilauea along Chain of Craters road and lava flows old and new. Enjoy plenty of time to look around.

The views were amazing! Scott knew exactly where to go. Stopped at volcanos black sand beach and for malasadas also Scott stopped at other places, alaka waterfall and fabulous views of the coast The trip will not disappoint you. Scott is also very knowledgeable about the volcanos and will answer all questions. Great tour highly recommended!

This tour was Beyond Awesome! We had some hard rain midway through the journey but our tour guide Scott was able to pivot and keep us entertained and informed about the area...all while keeping us safe. I highly recommend this tour. We had so much fun.

So Scott was completely amazing! He was extremely knowledgeable, funny, and took great care of us. He was on time with the pick-up and we got to see everything from the waterfalls, to walking around through/to the active volcano, to walking through a Lava Cave, to stopping at a little hidden gem for sweets. Lunch was also provided which was tasteless and filling. My husband and I were extremely please with this tour and felt extremely ecstatic about this tour. We’d don’t all over again!
