Take in the Big Island of Hawai’i as you haven’t before, and snorkel at two of South Kona’s most precious treasures –Pu’uhonua O Honaunau and Kealakekua Bay. Listen as the captains relays stories detailing the rich cultural and geological history of the Island. Explore the sea caves, lava tubes, and see the diverse marine life that’s abundant off of the shores of Kona. Snacks, top of the line snorkeling gear, and flotation devices included. You simply show up with your towel and reef-safe sunscreen and away we go. With a maximum of only 14 guests per tour, the Deluxe Morning Adventure is a personal and unique snorkeling adventure not to be missed.

    Guests will visit two snorkel locations, Kealakekua Bay, Captain Cooks Monument; and Puʻuhonua O Honaunau, the Place of Refuge. Our captain and crew will share the history and culture as they explore sea caves and lava tubes.

  • Public transportation options are available nearby
  • Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
  • Swimming & snorkeling experience not necessary but recommended
  • Must be able to climb a short pool ladder
  • Women that are pregnant and individuals with back injuries are restricted
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Captain Steve was super. So knowledgeable about the Kona waters and the volcano history. There was plenty of time at each snorkling location and plenty to see. We had a great time!

Seaquest was a great tour- stopped at two snorkeling spots. On the 1st one, fish were better towards land. At the second spot at Captain Cook, it was better to the left side of the statue when looking at it. Guides were fun. Highly recommend it. If coming from a cruise, you have to get a taxi there. Ask their cost before getting on.
