The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

We will visit some of the best dive sites on the island. Home to vibrant corals, tropical fish, and our beloved Hawaiian Green Sea Turtle, Hilo is not a sight to be missed. All necessary equipment and roundtrip transport from your Hilo hotel or cruise port are included.

This tour is suitable for ages 15 and up. Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
This trip is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, neck or back problems.
Divers must be able to: swim unassisted in the open ocean, converse and understand detailed instruction in English, and carry 50lbs of equipment on your back unassisted.
Divers must complete and submit PADI/NAUI mandatory medical questionnaire 72 hours prior to excursion.
Divers must successfully pass classroom and confined portion of activity in order to proceed to ocean dive component.
Refunds will not be honored for individuals who submit late medical questionnaires or who are unable to complete the activity in full.
Please consider your other travel plans as it is a safety requirement that you do NOT travel to altitudes of 2500 ft or higher within an 18 hour period following your dive
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

First time scuba diver here. I recommend Forest with this company. He was patient with me while training me in the office pool and again when trying to descend the first couple times. The scenes underwater were amazing and included many eels and turtles and coral. However the fish schools eating coral were the most special. I regret not completing my certification while there so please consider that.

The instructor Akara was great. She makes sure you are comfortable at all times. I prefer starting off a boat but if you dont mind starting from shore than this ones for you.
