What isn’t very clear is that this is for Norwegian Cruise passengers ONLY. I was looking to take my family to Waimea Canyon and this tour is very reasonable. I’m not sure why they would only offer it to cruise passengers?!?! If that is the case, you should have to book it directly through the cruise line.

We did the NCL Shore Excursion to Waimea Canyon, and our tour guide was "Uncle Willie". The canyon was amazing! but we were only given half an hour to see it. We spent 45 minutes at a fruit stand, likely so "Uncle Willie" could get a kick-back from the local vendors at this rather dumpy stop.
