The hike itself is nice & easy. The waterfall is a great view. Our tour guides & driver were very nice & was very accommodating. However, I was hoping the tour guide could be more informative. Our guide didn't have a mic so what she did explain, it was hard to hear her. Also, she would only explain things once so only the people in the fromt could hear. It would have been better if she repeated things for those of us who was in the back of the line. Another weird thing, our guides went MIA for awhile but later explained they had to create marketing. The driver did continue the hike with us. Again, staff was very friendly but we expected to learn more about the trail & surroundings. This hike could be easy done without a guide.

Fun hike to waterfall! Lunch was great with view of Honolulu and Diamond head. We enjoyed our tour. Robin bus driver was fun and caring as well. Anoi was knowledgeable and kept a good pace.

This was a really fun tour! Susumu was our guide and Robbi was our driver. They were both super knowledgeable about the area and very funny. We were able to hike at our own pace and enjoy the day. Our lunch was really good and tasted fresh. There was a miscommunication about time and Susumu did everything possible to get us back in time for our next excursion. I would book through this company again in the future. Thank you for making our first trip to Hawaii a memorable one!
