The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

This luxury private transfer takes you from the Kona International Airport (KOA) to your Big Island hotel. Your driver will pick you up at the airport and transport you to your hotel in Hualalai, Kona, Keauhou or Waikoloa. Choose between a Mercedes-Benz sedan, Mercedes-Benz SUV or a stretch limousine for your transportation.
You MUST select a hotel that coincides with the area in the itinerary section of this product. Failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Your hotel and flight details MUST be advised to the supplier so that a transfer may be allocated to you. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise this information directly to the supplier at least 1 day prior to travel. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I booked round trip airport to resort transfers with SpeediShuttle. They quickly sent confirmations to our two groups and made sure to follow the arrival of our flights. They were there promptly to pick us up and transfer us to our hotel quickly and comfortably. Their drivers were also polite and courteous. Same thing for our return trips from our resort to the airport. I would use this company again in the future. Thank you!

Scammers! I booked my reservation thought Speedi Shuttle online for an airport ride from Kona airport to my hotel. That went smoothly but when I looked at my reservation, they double booked it so charged me twice. I did not know that Go Shuttle charges you or has something to do with it. From there Kona Taxi was subcontracted to pick us up. When I called Speedi Shuttle to get the mistake charge for the double booking fixed, they sent me to Go Shuttle and Go Shuttle requires an order number, not reservation number, which I don't have and denies all charges or even looking for the reservation. Go Shuttle is on my credit card bill so I have no idea how you can deny that you charged me double besides scamming people! I called Speedi Shuttle and they said they'd fix it and send me an email. I got no email so called again 5 days later and the same thing happened! I believe they send you in circles on purpose. Now I am contesting though my credit card company. I would not book with a company like this again. Check your credit card charges. This company probably expects people not to check.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
