You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

When I booked I spent a long time talking with a person who helped make my reservation. I had asked for round trip transportation to and from HNL Airport. If I asked once I asked ten times if the price was for round trip and each time I was assured it was round trip. I was given a price of $261.78 for a round trip private car for 6 people. Much to my surprise it was for a one way transport. Very disappointing.

They took our money but did not pick us up from the airport. My husband pays for a pick up from the airport and they did not pick up my family we had to pay a taxi $60 to drop us from the airport to the hotel

On time, polite and had water ready for us. The vehicle which was immaculately clean and the staff dressed professionally.
